do any one know of a pill call viphenhyzramine hcl cap. is this a sinus pill or is it used for something else.

I'm pretty certain your spelling is incorrect. Are you talking about diphenhydramine? If so, that's the generic name for Benadryl. Benadryl is an antihistamine used to treat allergies.

If you're talking about phenylephrine HCL that's a decongestant to unstop your nose.

Is this spelling correct? I pass about 150 meds a day, and I have never heard of this before. I also searched the web, but nothing came up.

not sure what it is, are you sure its spelt right? phenylephrine hydrochloride is a drug but its an injection. If you dont' know what its for its probably better to get rid of it.
