Mr Gibson was arrested for drunk driving, became beligerent with the cops and stated that the jews were responsible for all the wars. To me drinking and driving is a charge that says to the world that I am dumb and lack control of myself. For the Police to repeat a statement said by a drunk says that they have no respect for peoples privacy or rights. My question that is not part of the media is what gave the cop the right to repeat what Mr. Gibson said. Why did he want to harm him personnally? He was drinking and driving and was charged with that, his drunk opinion on jews was not even part of the issue so why bring it up?

I heard he got drunk and said some pretty bad stuff. Some people are mean drunks when confronted. Alcohol is a drug, and affects the mind accordingly. How many people who have been drunk have not said or did something they regret? I am in no way to question his motives or true beliefs, only God can do that, let's just leave it to Him.

On the news today he said that Jews killed Jesus, and the more he drank the worse he got, I would chalk it up to a drunken as*s. Yes every one can be forgiven, but I don't understand people that hate Jews, when their savior is a Jew.

well from a couple days ago, he was drunk and driving and speeding ( the much more serious issue)
When he was arrested he spouted some anit jewish statements.
Of courese drunks curse their mama some time, talk bad about various races and say all sorts of things,
In general who really cares, I hope since this is his second DUI, he gets punished properly.

However, I understand he lost a special on the Holocaust he was going to do with ABC.

That's old news really ... he was piss drunk and said something about the Jews being the cause of all wars ... then he sobered up and apologized ... no big deal ...
