Someone once told me to ask any and everything you may feel uncomfortable asking later once you've become emotionally involved with them. For example, are you HIV positive, have AIDS, gay or bisexual, what type of relationship exactly are you looking for, what is your sex drive like, have you ever had sex with someone of the same sex, or have you ever had more than one partner at one time... Her reason for this is this: The guy may not be honest with you up front, but later on down the road, if and when he changes his story, you'll already remember what he told you before. Also this gives you the opportunity to see his reaction to these questions. What difference does it make how he responds if the two of you just met and don't know each other?

Nothing deep or personal. Ask him what his favorite cereal is, or ask open ended questions that he has to come up with more than one word to answer - like "What did you like the best about your favorite sport"? Just have fun and let the conversation flow...

There is usually so much to talk to to a guy you just met! I remember meeting my husband for the first time! We talked about EVERYTHING! Fav. Color? Fav. Music? Fav. Bands? Fav. Places to be at? Go ahead there's so much to talk to! Best of Luck with that guy! Be careful! ~V.J.~
