I must say, I have no experience whatsoever with this problem. Just wet them with a sponge or something so you don't have to lick them and maybe spray the envelope with a little Febreze once the stamp is stuck down so that it won't be stinky. Wow. If you don't actually have this problem, then kudos for such a weird question. Very creative!

how did the stamps get the urine smell on them

I think they are ruined just tape them on the envelpoe and only use those stamps for bills and people you do not like

Just lick stamps, don't dip in urine to activate.

postage stamps are not that expensive, buy new ones. lol
