Not everyones' feet smell like cheese. First of all, what you smell from feet is a combination of three things:
1. Sweat. The odor of sweat is often determined by what we eat. Garlic and onions both can make sweat very malodorous.
2. The material of the shoes the feet are sweating in. Rubber sneakers or leather can lend their own unappealing fragrance to an already unpleasant situation.
3. Personal hygiene. Going without socks, without washing, or wearing already dirty socks will also contribute to smelly feet.

If feet are washed and kept clean they never smell like cheese. On the other hand some cheese smell like dirty feet.

Feet smell like feet. Cheese, believe it or not, smells much better.

well as long as u take care of ur feet, thy shouldn't smell like cheese. i know some girls who lotion their feet, and try to wear open toed shoes as much as possible to let their feet breath. and their feet smell a hell of a lot better than cheese. actually feet have their own smell to them, smell nothing like cheese, more like sweat. and everyones feet have their own unique odor, some better than others depending on how much you take care of them. me i use foot deodorant every day so mine don't smell as bad as someone who has worn the same nasty pair of gym shoes the past 3 years, LOL.

Everything in your body makes its way out through your feet. So if your diet is bad, or there's something wrong with one or more of your internal organs, your feet are going to smell worse. Reflexologists say they can figure out what's wrong with you just by the way you react to parts of your feet being pressed -- different areas of the feet are supposed to correspond to different parts of the body. Just FYI!

Because of the "natural flora" on your skin, well it is actually bacteria that protects you from some other agents that your feet might get in contact with; that and also the humidity on your feet, dirty socks or something else of that nature.

Probably from all the synthetic fabrics we stuff our feet into. Feet do not smell when they are free to breathe.
