Canadians who have applied for a US waiver?

Anyone out there, had to go though applying for a US entry Waiver (for police contact)? if so, please do tell me how long did it take once you sudmitted your application to the US immigration? and what kind of papers did you recieve? thank you in advance!

If the criminal charge was dropped, even if you really commited the crime, your request for the waiver should be approved. It will take a few months, probably, but eventually either you or the petitioner will receive a notice of approval or denial by mail.
