No, I wouldn't presume to say I know. I figure I'll leave that decision up to God.

If I died today, I believe I'd think I left heaven behind, or at least there were times it was heaven.
And there were times it was hell too.
I'm glad for your sake that you've found an unexplained peace.
Unexplained being the key word.
Have you ever considered the possibilitly that it was here, living on Earth, that was written centuries ago was actually what they were reffering to.
After thousands of years no one with what could be defined as a fact explains where the theory or belief in God comes from, no less the therory of heaven or hell.
Enspired
Men wrote of there being something greater.
Not God.
Every passage you have quoted, although it may have been inspired by their belief in God, was, never the less, written by men.
Do you realize Jesus Christ himself never wrote a saved word.
Christianity itself didn't begin until decades after Jesus's crucifixion and who's history was written by men not alive at that time.
Odd,heh?
Belief in God is great thing and brings peace and hope to million's, especially those in need.
Consider this... the greater part of intelligence is knowledge. Knowledge, literarlly means to know.
The great deal of the. Bible was authored by men that thought the earth was flat.
That's a reality.
Though out the world there are thousands upon thousands of homeless.
Adults and children alike, many abandoned or displaced, and some severly crippled from acts of aggression they had nothing to do with.
Forgotten, they live in the street, if their lucky maybe they have a cardboard box for shelter, if their lucky. They eat pet food, beg or steal just to eat.
Their faith in anything, at the very least, is a little shakey.
Ask them your question. Give them your little speech.
Do you think they think like that? Or about God?
Or where their going to go when they die? Or care?
Their lives are hell.
If your half the Christian you purpose to be, give them a dollar. That's something they really need.
That might even bring them an unexplained peace.

Most people spend alot of time on here preaching. The fact is that hardly anyone is going to heaven. So the fact is that we haft to make a stand for the truth and do what is right the best way we can , make a stand before god now although we dont see him, in order that we may live. That means finding the truth, acting upon it, sharing it, dedication, babtism, and spending our lives doing his will. That is hard work, something alot of people are too lazy to do and accomplish. You cannot get peace just through calling on Jesus name, that has been a lie from the beginning, you have to have faith and act upon it and it has to be seen in your daily life. You cant go out commit a bunch of sins and say "Hey Jesus, I know you will forgive me, so what do you say, Ill just do it again next time like I feel like it and Ill just call on you again and it will be ok" be real it dont work like that. It takes alot of effort and alot of work. People seem to think it is so simple to get into heaven.

YES I KNOW that heaven is my future home.I am a pilgrim just
passing through trying to tell others about Jesus the ONLY WAY
to heaven.God saved me April 18,1979.Praise God what a savior!!
Joh 3:14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
Joh 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Joh 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Joh 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Joh 3:19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
In Christ in Love,

Oh i can answer this.
Hell no! I would not go to heaven.
Even though i believe in GOD and have accepted jesus to be my savior. I am living in sin. And for that reason, it is important to do all that you can good, so it out weighs the bad on a margin of 1 to 1 billion, or something way out like that. Not saying that works will get you in, but it does help. It's faith and works, not faith alone, and not works alone can get man into heaven.
The key to sinning, is that once you have repented, you must flee from it, not doing it again. just because you know GOD is just and will forgive one for sins, but that dont mean you should continue to do them.
So right now, my answer would have to be NO.
Honestly.

Yes. I've accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior many years ago. I firmly believe that I will go to heaven not because of my achievements but becauseJesus has paid the price for my sins. Now I try to live my life daily with the ultimate purpose of giving glory and praise to God, in gratitude for all that He has done for me.

As much as I want to say yes, I honestly don't know. I do try to live my life according to God's word but it is so easy to get caught up in other stuff. I pray daily but I don't read my Bible often, church bores me, and I tend to be very evil to people. I'm trying to work on these things so that I can get to Heaven when that time comes. I pray that when that day comes God will welcome me with open arms.

In the bible it also says that if you come to Jesus bearing his name and a life full of evil he will deny you. We also won't ever stand before God, he is too great for us to be in the presence of. And no, I don't know for sure, but considering I don't believe in heaven as a literal place, I'm not too worried about that.

If that is what you want to believe then believe but don't be telling others what to believe. Just because you believe in something doesn't mean it is right or wrong. It is just your faith. In the end, no one goes to heaven or hell we al become wormfood or fertilizer. It is people like you who preach this kind of absoluteness that gives religin a bad name especially Christianity. People like you act like you are the only ones who know everything.
