they go to be with GOD even if they were terrible and the most sinful person ever.... But the better you were the closer you get to be to GOD!

They believe they enter heaven. Remember Judiasm and Christianity share the same roots so our heavens are similar.

They go to heaven if they have done very good karmas (deeds performed good or bad during their life time). They go to hell if they have done very very bad karmas. They take birth again in this material world if they have neither very good karmas nor very bad karmas.

One should offer the results of all his activities to GOD in order to get free from karmas. Such a person never takes birth again and goes back to Godhead.
