Why is it less Atheists among the black race? Is it because my people needed a fairy tale to get them through slavery?

Maybe it was passed down from the racist christian slave owners

The black ghetto community population is not 100% Christian. That's a false supposition. Not sure what you mean by "my people," but I'm a white Christian, and a black Christian is closer to me than to you. It's a spiritual thing.

It was indeed passes from the slave owners. Have you ever watched roots or read a book about African Americans before, during, and after slavery. Before we were taken from our land we were Muslim. Looking at statics most blacks are Muslim (its hard to believe....well not really, check the statistics)!!!!

Make up your mind. Personally I think we black people are Christians because our forefathers had to have faith in God to get by in life. There is no fairy tale. God is real and many black people can testify to the many ways He has brought them out.
