https://orders.visioneer.com/Visioneer/cart.cfm?SKU=41-0666-200 will allow you type in the serial number and they will send a new disk. Note the software probably will not work on win xp with sp2 installed.

You can usually download the drivers from the manufacturer's website. Click the link below, select your scanner, and you can download the drivers from there. It doesn't include the software bundle, though. Click SOFTWARE on the left side of the page, then VISIONEER SOFTWARE CD COLLECTION, and you can order the installation cd for your scanner.

call the scanner brand company, ask for an installation disk. they will gladly send you one as question of incompatibility of hardware is common with fast changes to models and brands.
