They don't itch or anything. I've tried using alpha hydroxide cream and amlactin lotion but they don't seem to work.

Ask your doc for a prescription strength Lac Hydrin lotion. The 12% strength of the prescription blasts out the bumps.

Well I exfoiliate with a body scub about once a week and then apply a really good moisturizing creme such a KP Duty by Derma Doctor that you can get at sephora made especially for that problem or the Moisterizing Butter Lotion by bliss spa...I apply morning noon and night!!! You can't use nasty lotions though those just clog up those pores even more. KP Duty is the best cream though but its $$$$, like $36 a bottle...ugh!

I have heard that these can be related to an allergy to gluten. I am not knowledgeable about this, but a couple of friends had the same condition and it did clear up when they went on a gluten restricted diet. In the more serious cases it is called Celiac Disease, but both of them were just sensitive to it.

Gluten is found in wheat, rye and barley. It is also used as an additive in many foods.

It's tempting, but popping or squeezing a pimple won't get rid of the problem. Squeezing can actually push bacteria and pus deeper into the skin, which can cause more swelling and redness. Squeezing can also lead to scabs and may leave you with permanent pits or scars.

my brother had the exact same thing, the doctor told him the body soap he was currently using wasn't making it any better either. He recommended using a softer soft >> Dove << !! Other than that I'm not sure how to entirely get rid of it, but the soap make it less visible and what not. best of luck to you!

I have the same problem. so far no lasting results. though a trip to La Jolla beach gets rid of them. I guess there's something in the water.

I used to get those, but I started giving that area some extra washing - gentle, not scrubbing - and using lotion, and they cleared up.
