if you are a believer you know He is real. How? you feel an influence of your life. If you don't fell anything you probably never accepted Him for Real
If you are an atheist saying that there is no God because you don't see Him, it is like saying that there is no air bcause you don't see it. Or like there is no pain because you don't see it.
That is why Christianity, Buddhism, Hindu, Etc are called religions because there is no actual proof but it is based on faith,
So the bottom line is atheism is pretty much a religion because you BELIEVE there is no God. There pretty much is no being actually Sure

I'm not totally convinced there is a God, although I think there has to be a first cause. Every religion claims to be about the Real God. Their believers quote their particular holy book as proof that their god is the true God which is no more than circular reasoning. Whatever anybody wants to believe is fine with me. I'm perfectly willing to respect that we can't all think the same way.

I know god is real through personal revelation.(I have experienced his power)
However even if someone doesn't believe is Jesus.(like I do)
One must recognize that the universe did not will its self into creation.
That would violate the cause and effect principle that science is based on.
Also when one looks at the universe, one finds that there are powerful laws that govern everything in it. Planets hang in orbit etc.......basically the laws of physics and many more.
These laws are well balanced to give the world contrast.
So we have creative force and we have design.
So therefore a creator and designer.
People usually use those proprieties to define god.

I know Jesus is the one and only true God because He was an actual human being and thousands of people witness that he did miracles and he died and resurrected. People witness him being alive again after his Crucifixion. Also by the Bible prophesying all thoughout that a savior was coming to us and he was going to be born from a virgin and all the hundreds of other prophesies that came true. That is mathematically impossible to due if you are not truly God. The Bible is the word of God and when you start getting to know God and His Word you do learn for yourself the truth. I know without a doubt because one night I prayed not even believing there was a God, I prayed "Lord if your real I want to serve you" and 2 months later. God put people in my life to learn about Him and His ways and a few months later I was serving Him and I see the world so different now because God has revealed himself to me. It all start with just wanting to know the truth, and if you ask, you will find. He total transformed me, and no one else could have done it but Him, I tried myself, I tried to be good and do the right thing and I felt like I was better than most people but I wasn't. I needed God to help me. Because we can do nothing without him. We need to understand that we cannot do things on our own, we need to rely on God. Anyways, I know He lives in me!

I'm convinced there is no god.
No christian god is easy to prove. The bible is such garbage, and so easy to twist to your own needs, that there's no way a god would put up with such nonsense.
That and the fact that evolution proves that multi-celled organisms came after single celled ones. Man did not come before beast.
I have not done much research on the Koran, but since every single group claims that their book is the work of god, and they're all so different, they can't all be right, so they're all wrong.

That several people would give their lives in the name of a God. Being perfectly sane people that is. Where else is such devotion seen? Not to mention that some of the religious texts are simply beautiful, they way in which they are written you feel as if it is from a higher being.
You see a piece of bread. You instantly know that someone or something created it. You see a human, why would you not think the same?

Im an Atheist. There have been thousands upon thousands of religions throughout mans history. Where did those religions get any of their followers? Christians in particular are quick to dismiss ALL other religions as pagan, most atheists just dismiss ALL religion as superstition and mythology, including Judaism, Islam and Christianity. It is an easy step to take once you realize that Zeus mythology has as much factual evidence as Christianity. One must remember that Christianity in particular spread its 'word' by conquering cultures and replacing Christianity with whatever PAGAN religion was a part of that culture.

After trying out the various religions I have come to the conclusion that it all begins with you. You can be a Baptist today, a Catholic tomorrow, a Muslim the day after and so on. You are the one changing. God or whatever you want to call it, is a spirit that exists in each of us. It has no powers or strengths or anything like that. It is all in your faith and belief.

I cannot accept that any one being could be powerful enough to create the entire universe.
I also cannot accept that a being as powerful as a god would create earth and humans as his masterpiece and leave it at that.
There are many aspects of many religions that interest me and make me wonder, but these two concepts above all others prevent me from believing in any kind of supreme being.

I believe that Allah is for real because of the thousands of proofs around us & because only the real creator of the universe would know all those secrets of his creation 1427 years ago
who else back then knew that every planet has it's own path?
who else back then knew the exact way fetus becomes a human being?
who else back then knew that human beings consist mostly of water? & so does every other living thing?
who else back then knew that ant heads consists of the same element as glass?
who else back then knew that over the back of the mosquito lives a tiny microscopic other insect?
who else back then knew about the Big Bang Theory ?
& many many other proofs
