I like your way best...served with toast points or bruschetta....I also sprinkle a little fresh thyme leaves....and of course a glass of your favorite sparkling!

I like to use snail shells ,very small rammekins, partially cooked mushrooms(all three of these look better for presentation) or custard cups. I make garlic butter (1 stick butter - 4 toes of garlic). Just soften the butter and puree along with the garlic in the blender or food processor. Put the garlic butter in whatever dish etc. you choose. Place the snails, spread more of the butter on top of the snails and sprinkle with seasoned or unseasoned bread crumbs and put in the oven until brown.

Stick a couple of snails in the backseat of your convertible.
Paint some cool racing stripes down the side.
Paint the letter "S" on the hood
Drive up & down Yonge ST really fast ,so all the cool dudes can stare and say "Look at that S car go!"

I make mine the same as you but add a splash of Cabernet or Merlot.

Saute them in some butter and garlic, then add some Champagne, reduce the liquid a little and enjoy!

You can saute them with butter and garlic and fresh herbs, then toss them with angel hair pasta or dice and serve on a salad...you can also make a spread with roasted red peppers and olive oil and serve them en croute after they've been sauteed. :)
