Mynheer specialise in Rover/MG aftermarket parts and can probably tell you where to get one, if not supply one!
Other places you can try are:
http://www.evolutionr.co.uk/
http://www.bodykits.uk.com/
http://www.edworthys.co.uk/
Also, if it is impossible to get one, try using carbon sheeting...

It looks like a carbon bonnet but is cheaper, and easy to fit.
Good Luck.

really, dont do it....They never fit well, get damaged by sunlight and look cloudy. The move around when travelling at speed, and need bonnet pins to stay in place. The person that mentioned mynheer ( i think thats how its spelt) had the accolade of designing the worst body kit ever as voted by Top gear, and subsequently every car forum on the internet.
Carbon bonnets are to save weight only, and most people that put them on have stereos that increase the total weight of the car by a massive amount with all the speakers in the boot. Save the money, and every time you feel the urge to tune up the rover, put the money ina pot, and save for a car with more HP to start with (Subaru, Evo or even a tvr which you can pick up for about 14k now)
