When I was 6 my hair was down to my knees. I went to bed with gum in my mouth. I woke in the middle of the night and despite my mother's warning, I put another one in because I "lost" the first one. Needless to say, when I woke and my mother realized that I disobeyed her again with the gum, she took me to the hairdressers and my hair got cut up to my ears instead of just cutting it out. I literally got a boy's hair cut. That taught me to never disobey again since I just was beginning grade 1 and no one believed me when I said I was myself. I felt mortified when I got teased about my boy's hair cut.

Um..well a friend of mom's dyed my hair. It was supposed to be a rich, auburn and came out as a streaky black cherry color. I had it professionally bleached to get the color out and after 3 tries and totally ruining my hair, I wore it pink for 4 months. It still wouldn't hold color the next time I went to the salon, so I cut it in a short page boy type cut.

This is not my story, it happened to a friend. My best friend Chris was cutting her boyfriend's hair. We were talking on the phone at the same time. She started laughing. He started cursing. She told me that when she cut his bangs, they fell right over his eyebrows so that it looked like a uni brow. He thought that she had messed up his hair. She said that he was being a baby and they started arguing. Well she said if you want messed up hair then there. Next thing I know he is screaming. She started hacking his hair off of his head. That's when she hung up on me. The next day he looked like Mr. Clean. She even took pictures of the damage before she took him to have it fixed. I have never laughed so hard in my life.

Yes, Hair dresser ruined my hair. I had to cut it about three inches all over my head and shorter on the sides. I'm in that situation now, but it isn't as short, but it's pretty bad. It's horrible, but it does grow back. Thank God. So what's up, what happened?

Well, not a "weird" reason. I had cancer, and found out I would be going through chemo treatments. When I found this out my hair was down to my butt, I got it cut pretty short to prevent a mess when my hair started falling out. When it did start, I ended up shaving it all off!

Not my hair but my daughter's. When she was 2 she had blond curly hair. She went to a birthday party all dressed up with pigtails in her hair. One of the mean boys there found a pair of scissors and cut off one of her pigtails. I was SO UPSET. I had to take her to get almost all her hair cut off so it looked even.

I cut all my hair off once because I got so much abuse about my hair style and couldn't handle it any longer.
