I'm really interested in a guy I work with -- the only thing is, he's 19 and i'm 25. Is it too much of an age difference?

His maturity isn't an issue -- if anything, he's one of the most mature 19 year old guys i've ever met. Which is one of the things that has attracted me to him the most. Among other things :)

no-- it's not. if you really like that guy, go for him! my boyfriend is 6 years older than me, and i don't know what i would've ever done if i never even gave "us" a chance.

he's now become my best friend and my soul mate-- literally, and i can't imagine my life without him.

good luck sweetie!! best of wishes!!!

Age difference is a mind set, all that matters is there a true luv in both hearts n is that something that will last long. The age difference will count only when u count your last days..when you really need some1 to take care of you n to love you the same way in that age..If the guy luvs u d same u do den der is no reason y u cant get involved with him.

As along as you are both over 18, but dating a guy 19 yrs old is going to be immature. You might feel like you are babysitting since women mature faster

Not at all. If you truly care for him, then the age shouldn't matter at all. People fall in love when they are 20 years apart. So it doesnt matter if you are 6 years apart. He might be alittle immature at time, but yet I dont know him so I can't really make that judgement. Go for it chick and I hope it works out between you two.

I would say age is only age. What I do believe in though is what is in each others heart and soul. Should he be like you interested then why should age have anything to do with it. So I suggest to you....... go for it....and the best of luck to both of you. Don't worry about little things like age. Take care.

That's a tough one. It really depends on his maturity level and how much you are willing to put up with. Remember, he isn't of legal drinking age yet, so you might have to wait to do things you like to do.

If he's worth it, then go for it!

No its not much of a difference. But beware you may find that he is too immature for you. My BF is 19 and I am 22 we have been together for a little more than a year and I tell him everyday he needs to grow up. He wants to play with his friends and has actually referred to it as playtime before. But your situation maybe a little different i was just giving you a little heads up about mines.

No. The concern should be the mental and emotional maturity. If he's a 'keeper', you'll be
like so happy 25 years from now. You may need to help guide him, but be sure you don't have to 'raise' him. Do it right. Later.

That is only 6 years. If you both think the same age I would go for it. There are lots more problems in life when you get married then that.

Of course not. Your only 6 years older than him. And plus age is just a number. You go for it!
