Looking for a recipe to jar moose meat if any

Jar it like what? A chili or as whole pieces of "pickled" meat? in either case, just follow a regular chili recipe(probably add a bit more salt and fat) and follow the recipe for canning...but meat products...you have to be so very careful or you could literally die! They should probably be stored at a consistent lower temperature ....like 50-60 degrees once canned...got a basement or deep cellar???
