I have tried all the web sites that you see online like freecreditreport.com but I didn't go through with those after the site tried to make me sign up for spam. If anyone knows, please answer!

try this site out. i tried it out a year ago and i didn't have to sign up for anything. you should be able to get a free report each year.

Go to "Annualcreditreport.com" It is totally free, and they will not try to sell you something..
