basically any sparkling wine that doesn't say "brut" will not be too dry ("extra dry" is the next sweetest level ironically).

moet is more marketing than anything. try the paul georg, montaudon, veuve hennerick, pommery or ouidinot offerings

If you are trying to avoid dry champagne, go with "Extra Dry" or "Demi-Sec" versions. "Extra-Dry" is a misnomer, but don't be fooled. It's still noticeably sweeter than Brut champagne.
