Hot (warm) water with honey and lemon. Or even herbal tea with honey and lemon. Avoid caffeinated beverages, as they will really dry everything out.

Nothing. When you're going to sing, it's best not to drink anything for about 2 hours before singing. Water is ok, but try to drink things that are room tempurature. Too cold will close up your voice, and too hot may damage it. But the best drink is no drink.

You should gargle with lemon water/ drink lemon water. I have heard that is what professional singers do. Make sure it is not cold, room temperature is best. Just take a lemon, squeeze the juice into a glass of purified water and sip.

Room temperature water is best. To make your voice softer, try not to force it. Just let it come out naturally.
