HOW can you have sexual intercourse with no fluids released?
If you mean a condom, possibly, but remember, the smallest detectable hole in a rubber is one micron. The virus is less than one micron.
Therefore, there is still a risk.
also, I notice that someone just wrote it can only be transferred by bleeding, which is true, but during sex, one or both partners can bleed microscopically. It does not have to be a gushing wound or a transfusion to travel.

Spermies are like little dudes swimming around in the sea. they have their very own bodies. those little dudes can soak up ocean water yet can no longer shed something from their very own bodies. they have not got blood in them. they're clean like Elmers Glue. to respond to your question, i for my area do no longer understand. Am guessing.

fluids are always released, even if the guy doesn't ejaculate. There are always fluids that pass back and forth.

Hepetitus can ONLY be given by blood. Tattoos and infected needles are the worst. Sex cannot spread it.

This is impossible (no fluids). Except if you use a condom. Still no guarantee I don't think. EEEEEK
