why dont you be yourself try saying hi first and her name and then maybe a conversation will start if not then maybe something about her job, her car, there has to be something for you to say to start a conversation, do you know any thing that she likes that you could talk about? if you are sweet then be sweet if your not sweet try to be nice.. ha ha

the guy i like does this (i know cause he told my friend) and i always wish he would just come up and chat, about anything, school, pets, home whatever, so we can become friends and then eventually get together. so just start off light, because some girls can get scared off if u go up and just say 'i like u', so take it easy, and if u think she likes u, go for it!
