I just had heard that Mexicans that are married in Mexico, their marriages are not recognized in the United States. I would like to know if it is true.

Mexican marriages are legal in the United States. Internal Revenue Service and Immigration and Naturalization Service recognize them as being legal.

Under the laws of the United States, marriages held in other countries are not binding because they have no evidences that the said marriages were validly contracted.
