I made a KILLER drink and I want to know how I get it out there to the public. How do I go about doing that and how do I protect my creation?

You'd want it to be available in a bottle already(name the ingredients except for proprietary info)...Call your local high end liquor store, in person and properly dressed, and describe your idea to to owner/manager; ask them for their local contact names/phone numbers....bring a sample of the drink with you(if it requires ice, bring it in a cooler) and serve them up!!!

You can't, unless you are using some secret ingredient that you invented yourself. Then you would just patent (not copyright) the ingredient.

There is no law against mixing a drink.

You can get a trademark/copyright for a name, though.

You can't copyright a single recipe. You can, however, copyright a book of recipes.

Use a photocopier if you want to "copywrite" it. Seriously though I don't think you can...

Alcohol is EXTREMELY poisonous if not made right. Don't get yourself killed.
