Actually they are feeling much better, as Nabisco has moved on to strawberry & apple as Newton filling!

Are you talking about A Snail's Pace Running Club? Figs are described often in Runner's World Magazine as one of the perfect foods for runners since they give you energy and are full of potassium. I eat two of them before I go running. I can hardly wait for the figs on my tree to ripen!

Nothing sacred about them. Then again, very little is truly sacred. Most of what is though to be sacred is iconoclastic. The three bibles I have in my backpack aren't technically sacred. They'r ejsut a collection of leather, paper, and ink. The text is sacred, but not the ink or paper. I could throw them away if I didn't have so many flippin' notes in them. Figs ARE however quite tasty.

A classic typo.

Since plants have no nervous system, they are never scared. But I'm not sure if figs are sacred.
