It looks like to me that your parents just want you to go to college and or get a job. And they're showing you what perks you're missing (spa treatments, dinner cooked by mom etc.) by staying home, not working and not going to school. You're lucky they haven't kicked you out of the house yet. I'm a mother of 2 teenage boys, they work and go to college. Of course, they get the perks, laundry done, cars bought and repaired if necessary.
You need to show your parents you're doing something with yourself. Like work and/or go to college. Things will change if you do. Judging from your name, you probably are a princess, but even princesses need to go out in the world and become an ambassador or do some charity work. Do something constructive with your life and it will pay off, guaranteed. Good luck!

What were you expecting when you wrote this? Maybe some other incredibly spoiled teenagers to compliment your awesome spelling, grammar and punctuation? To tell you that your parents are awful because they won't do your laundry? Or that they should reward you with a spa treatment....for doing what exactly?
Grow up, quit your whining, and go back to school. My 3 year old spells better than you do, and no, I'm not 90 years old or living in the stone age.
So my answer to your question is....YES, your parents are wrong. They should have kicked you out of the house by now. Count your blessings, and thank your parents. And if you're looking for sympathy, poor princess, I'd try elsewhere.

huh?

I'm surprised you have friends that understand you. next time type your document on WORD and use spell check or something. Geez.

Understand that as smart as you may be starting college at 16, that this is the first impression that the world gets of you. If nobody understands it, how do you expect to get any good comments?

You were about to start college and you write like this? Good Lord, how did you ever graduate from high school?

Your mother's right. You need to stay in school and take some remedial English classes.

They shouldn't treat you like that but
1. Don't use slang and abbreviations that much.
2. College is always an option
3. I suggest you try again to get a job.

I don't think you need to go to college. I think you need to go back to grammar school and learn how to write. This was one of the worst questions I read. Maybe your parents are being hard on you because they know you can do better for yourself. The only way you learn is if you do things for yourself!

Why did you feel the need to leave out so many letters when writing that, its VERY hard to read. Just get a job, and then you wont be treated like ****!

If you treat your parents as rudely as you've treated those who responded to your question, it's no wonder they're no longer falling over the little "pink princess".
Regardless of how you came to be in college, you will one day regret throwing away the oppurtunity.

OK i don't want to be rude, but your parents were willing to send you to college, and pay for it? and you wouldn't go? That's wrong of YOU.
It s your choice to get a job or not, or to go to school or not. but you should not live at home and free load off your parents. i don't blame them at all.
Grow up and take responsibility for your self, and quit whining about your parents and brother and sister.
