The first thing i noticed was footprints in the butter. I knew instantly that god had had a hand in it. I set a trap, an infra-red camera to get a photo of the lord so i could get some cash from the newspapers. In the morning i developed a picture of a mouse running about my fridge! The lord almighty had disguised himself as a mouse!
Is this a miracle? Who do i report it too?
I have changed my ways since this day. I no longer keep my wife gloria in the basement. I no longer deny Grandmas death. I wear my underwear on the outside from now.

Well, I'd have to start off when I believed in the bible. I had a pretty rough childhood once my mom got married. Well, for starter's, my sister and I had a new stepdad and we were happy to have a father figure. Well, his son's, the two older ones made our lives difficult, even beating up my sister in front of their girlfriends because he thought it was "cool" Little kids as both of us were, we had to do all of the chores in the house with no help from them, they were supposed to clean up the basement but who got stuck with it? My sister and I. Well, no matter how much I prayed or hoped that she'd divorce him, she hadn't. Though sometime later, she did meet someone and then found out that her husband was cheating on her and going to strip bars.

Oh the life with her boyfriend... sick pervert. Sure we got out of the house of nightmares, which some might say "Oh how "god" smiled on you" No, it wasn't that at all. Her boyfriend she got after the divorce with our now ex-stepdad, was a bit worse. We'd get grounded for not putting a glass in the dishwasher once we were "done" with it, if a fork was in where the spoons go, we would get grounded, not only that but the guy was a complete drunk/druggie. All the time he was either drunk (and an angry one at that) or he was high.

I can't count the number of times that I got out of the shower and he just walked into my room >.< and my door's lock being broken really was bad. Well, again, I hoped and prayed to this "god" that I so believed in my younger years, and again, no real answer, no help, this guy had hit my sister, and even pushed my mom, she almost fell down, but no, she stayed with him.

Well, it wasn't until sometime later, I completely dropped my faith in the bible and all things religious until about 9th grade when I heard and watched a show called Fushigi Yugi. Very interesting this show was, very much so that I had done a bit of research and started my own beliefs. Well, what do you know? My mom found this great guy (my new stepdad) and had kicked out her bf, got a restraining order set on him since he threatened her life and the lives of my sister and I.

I truely think that the four Gods are watching me because since then, my life has been really good. Coincidence? I don't really think so, but I think that there is a religion, or at least God(s) for everyone out there, they might not be the ones that you were brought up on, but ones from an ancient past, in Gods that have not had the light that others have had in recent years. I'm not trying to bash anyones religion's because people can have faith in whatever or whoever they so wish to have it in, whatever works for them, but all I know, is that without them, I really think my mom would still be with the drunken high pervert, and I wouldn't know the stepdad I have now.

Yeah, I've said prayers and they were not answered. Actually this happens a lot! That is, before I became an atheist at the age of 10...wow some crazy experiences if you ask me...

try some magic mushrroms if you want a religious experience.

no, SERIOUSLY, check my source. one of the first studies in about forty years was conducted on shrooms (Psilocybin) and even two weeks after the experiment, many of the participants said their lives were better overall, they felt better. quite a few ranked the shrooms as one of, if not THE, most meaningful experiecnes of their lives

Dear GRAy: My dad was dying and the doctor said he would have only 4-6 months left to live. So, I was busy spending my weekends with him, visiting, and working during the middle of the week. He did not live close to me. I'm in L.A. and he was located in Palm Springs.

One night, after work, I was in the parking lot waiting for a class to begin that I was taking. Sitting in the car, waiting, I felt very tired and closed my eyes, putting my head back against the headrest. As I went into a deeply drowsy state I experienced a sudden flash inside my head. I saw a clear technicolor picture of my dad. He was trying to speak to me. I got scared because of the sharp realness of the mental picture and because he was making himself heard quite clearly to me and I was not thinking to myself what "he should be saying." He was actually communicating to me.

In my Mind, I asked him if he was okay? Had anything happened? He said, "I'm okay, but tomorrow around noon time you will receive a phone call about me. I wanted you to know about it."

Then the picture in my head disappeared. The next day I was at work and at 1:10PM (approximately) the phone on my desk rang. I answered it and it was a family member who was very excited. Something had occurred to my dad and they were on their way to Palm Springs. They wanted to notify me before they got into the car.

This was a big spiritual experience for it proved to me that we are all connected as One and can communicate with each other through the One Mind.

This is a true story. One of numerous experiences I have had that proves we truly are as God Created us to be. Beyond appearances.
