I can'y stand men who only concentrat on sex, I should tell them all from the beginning I am allergic to latex and birth control:)

Judging from your pic, you are a beautiful girl. Lust and hormones. When we see such a beautiful woman as you, the blood drains from our head and the chemical imbalance takes over.
Look into older guys who have some control over this.

Testosterone and external male genitalia should explain it all.
Turn the tables around and imagine what you would want to do with it. You may feel empowered.

Not sure that would work, most guys hate both anyways. More reason for them to think you are content without protection.
Instead, re-evaluate the guys you are 'naturally' attracted to. Think outside the box and find one that thinks your mind and words are as stimulating as the other guys find your body to be. It can happen.
Not all men are dogs, though it's not easy to learn to control something that has a mind of it's own.
Admit it though, there is a part within you (and all women) that WANT men to want you like that (if only without the drooling, begging, and dry-humping, etc). ;-)

I'll break it down for you.
1. You're hot, thus we want you! Seriously... wouldn't you want you if you were a man? I know i do! haha
2. Testosterone is a very powerful drug... seriously... I'm sure you've had an adrenaline rush... it's kinda like that... its something you can't control.
3. We do have a natural tendancy like all animals to want to spread our "seed"... although I would like to think we are smarter than the average animal, we still have basic urges...
4. It's an ego thing... men dont feel like "men" if we are abstinent (spelling?). It's an odd thing, but we have been raised since childhood (not just by parents but friends), with the idea that getting a girl in bed will make you popular, and that all the cool guys can get some. I remember in middle school everyone was in a competition to get a bj... thats how it all started. (by the way... coed private school helps to eliminate this problem).
5. Parents actually encourage their sons to go out and be "social", while girls are taught they should wait for marriage. I've only known one guy that said he was going to wait for marriage (i dont know if he followed thru.. but I doubt it)... while i've met many many more women that claimed the same thing (no dont worry this wasn't their way of rejecting me!!! haha)... (I hope?) ...haha
6. Women... some of this problem is on your shoulders... and its because you all aren't on the same page. Some of you are like me, and dont want to rush into things... HEY I UNDERSTAND! Other women act just like men (one of my best friends is a serious s_l_u_t)... (no...I haven't slept with her...and no I wont ever consider it). These women set a bad example by giving (most) men what they want immediately. They train men to think we can have what we want sooner rather than later. Often times, this leads men to search out women that give them this instant gratification. **NOTE** These men are not the types that I would suggest you "settle down" with. Obviously they are in it for one reason. If a man intends to have a serious relationship with you..(and that's your intent as well)... you may want to find a guy that isn't pushing you to jump in the sack.

I think that is because sex is more important to guys. It is just as important as other things in a relationship. So why not wait on other parts of getting to know each other? I know I know, you don't agree, I am just telling you what guys are thinking. Mars and Venus.

B/c women put out too much. It works so often for guys that they keep doing it.
I have made all my bfs wait a long time and the guys that don't want to wait can go to HE!!!

Guys feel that the more women they can add to their score they are more of a man. Its a subconscious competition with other men.

One word "Hormones" Men are driven to discover new "partners" to carry on their genetic seed . It is beyond their basic control! Just like women resisting chocolate!
