In your opinion what came first the chicken or the egg?

Chicken and an egg are lying in bed. The chicken is leaning against the headboard smoking a cigarette, with a satisfied smile on its face.
The egg, looking a bit disgusted, grabs the sheet, rolls over, and says,
"Well, I guess we finally answered THAT question!"

Probably the egg. If you go with the theory of evolution, then a chicken-like bird evolved and layed an egg, and from that egg hatched what we know as a chicken.

i'd say egg....cuz if it didnt hatch where did the chicken come from.
but what laid the egg...if the chicken didnt come first.
