My passport and licence have different last names because of my marriage overseas. They say I have to translate My marriage certificate by a certified interpretor and I found out they charge about $340 for mine. I have no money and I need my license. ANY BODY CAN SUGGEST ANY OTHER OPTIONS??? PLEASE HELP.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You misunderstood. It's not the translator that needs to be certified, it's the translation. You need someone to translate your marriage certificate and attach a piece of paper to it that says:

To Whom It May Concern:

I, [translator's full name], hereby certify that I am fluent in English and [the language of marriage certificate] and that the attached document on [number] pages is an accurate translation of [your name] and [your spouse's name] marriage certificate.

[Date]
[Translator's signature]
[Translator's address and phone number]

This works for immigration, so I can't imagine it wouldn't work for DMV...

Have someone cheaper translate the certificate, take it to a notary, and then to the BMV.
