just use baking soda and peroxide and I just mix a little of each until it forms a paste like toothpaste and then I brush with it after I brush with my regular toothpaste. You can do it twice a day.

Baking soda wears away the enamel. Not a good idea. Use something more gentle like peroxide or the whitening strips. My son's dentist said they are as effective as the trays from his office and safe.

I dont know about the baking soda but i use hydrogen peroxide. I brush my teeth like normal and then i take a sip of peroxide and swish for few minutes. You will see a marked improvement in just a couple of days
