ive noticed the past two dyas whenever im sitting sitting still or something on usually on the computer >my head will twicth a little like move to the side liek only a centimeter. and osmetimes ittl get all wobbly , but only to a msall extent. What casues this? Sitting on the ocmputer too long or what is it? and is it something to b concerned aobut?

My 28 year old daughter has this plus other tremors. Her neurologist diagnosed her with essential tremors. You may want to get check by a neurologist. Depending on your age, although normally essential tremors strike older people.

First of all you should go to the Dr. if it doesn't go away or if it gets worse. I don't really think it's the computer but I could be wrong. It could be something to worry about too, but you will not know unless you get it checked. My grandmother has Parkinson and that is how hers started. Best of luck to ya.
