Yes, it will be abrassive and definately destroy some of the esophigal lining however these cell quickly regenerate and really, isn't it worth the loss of a few cells to offer your man that level of pleasure and for you to enjoy something so glorious next to your tonsils. That's an experience money just can't buy.

No. In terms of STD's, if he has genital herpes, and you go down on him, you can get oral herpes. It doesn't matter how deep it goes. Other than that issue, I implore you: keep deep throating, please -- it makes the world a much better place. Absolutely don't do this. Yes it does destroy throat cells. When they are destroyed they become necrotic and slough off. Thus through no fault of your own you swallow them. This may cause a stomach upset and you may vomit. Vomiting leads to tooth decay and then who would even want their thing in your mouth. So the long term effects are devastating. Don't do it.
