And if so, what does it mean when it's "fresh squeezed"?

No, you are not in trouble... It probably said "lactose free" because so many things we eat and drink nowadays have additives of all sorts, and lactose is one of the most used (sometimes in foodstuffs that we would never imagine), the OJ you bought was labeled that way just to be safe!
My little nephew is allergic to all lactose derivatives, and we have to check out every single thing we buy for him. He is so intolerant of milk products, that if we eat a piece of cheese and give him a kiss on the cheek he breaks out in a rash!
Lactose intolerance is becoming more and more common, which is one of the reasons the labeling includes this information.

Orange juice never came from cows. Evidently there are some people who think it did or there wouldn't be a need for the "lactose free" label....or maybe they just aren't sure what lactose is.

it's self explanatory. milk comes from cows and orange juice comes from oranges. even though the container might say lactose free but it also says a good source of calcium, you might have gotten confused. because everybody knows that orange juice comes from oranges and milk comes from cows

yeah, that's funny. Actually, orange juice is a good source of calcium. so, maybe people are confused? The sun is a good source of calcium and Vit. C. Does this mean some people are allergic to the sun? Probably, never can tell.

no, but chocolate milk really used to come from chocolate cows. the goverment killed them all, in animal experimentation; and so all chocolate milk since 1974 is really artificial. it sure doesn't taste the same as it used to, so i'm suprised people haven't caught on. the cover up was so complete concerning the extinction that p.e.t.a. never even noticed.
we desperately need to protect the strawberry bunny so it isn't persecuted by those mad scientists too. strawberry milk is the only pure thing left, besides white cow milk.

No. If OJ comes from happy cows, then it should be called Cows juice.
