Four Russian diplomats were murdered. The Russians have a reputation for responding to this sort of thing in a very nasty way.
Whatever the Russian response is - it is going to be a long time before anybody messes with Russian diplomatic personnel again.

They dont have the Military Budget YET...Theyre working on it...Iraq is almost able to operate by itself so it doesnt really matter
