You could possibly be fined or go to jail because you Failed to Comply, if it was a judge's orders that you take these classes.

Are you asking if you show a signed letter stating that you attended the classes when you really didn't?

If so, that's fraud, obstruction, contempt, lying to the court..whatever charge your area may call it ....it will be a completely new charge on top of whatever you are already dealing with. As the other poster said, you will also be in violation of a judges order and can have probation revoked, find yourself in jail..

In other words.....bad bad bad idea.

If you were ordered by the court to take these classes and you did not then you are in contempt of court. Punishable by jail time and/or fine depending on the judges ruling. If you can't do the time then don't do the crime!!

If they are court ordered as you stated, you could be held in contempt of court. Punishable by fine and/or jail time. Depends on the judge if he/she wishes to pursue. If you stated you had the letters in court, but cannot produce them, because you never attended, you could be charged with perjury.
