I'm not sure if I'm the only one like this, but whenever I'm at home I always feel people are watching me through cameras. I've even checked my rooms and stuff to make sure. And my mom thinks I'm crazy. But I can't help it. And I especially feel afraid while changing or showering. Is it just me?

That could be social anxiety disorder, an extreme form of it. I strongly suggest seeing someone about it.

She may be on to something guys. You see it on the news all the time. There are alot of perverts out there. Listen to your intuition and dress/shower somewhere where you feel comfortable and look in every crevasse and cranny of your house to make sure there are not any cameras hidden. By the way is it everywhere you go or just your home?

I used to be the same way. I guess I'm a little bit paranoid but sometimes it just feels like I'm being watched. I think everyone feels like this to some extent at one point or another.

Kaitlin if you are this afraid and worried, please see a counselor. You can get a referral through your doctor or go and see your school counselor. You need to address this before it gets any worse. Find a good counselor and don't be afraid to say so if the first one is not a good fit. You will feel better.

dont worry about it , i used to feel the same way ... but if u think about it and try to convince yourself that you are the one making u feel like that someone is watching you .... so whenever u feel like you are being watched just point out the obvious things that make it not true

hope this helps you ~from ~britt

Well maybe there's something that's bothering you, and you need to dind out what it is in order to feel better.

When I was a kid, I thought people on magazines watched me !
It happens sometimes !
Maybe you should try talking to a psychologist.

I must confess that does sound a bit paranoid. Perhaps you can speak with a counselor?

No, it's not just you. I feel that, too. I think there are cameras in my house.

Ofcourse they are watching you, everyone knows those aliens have it in for us, its only a matter of time before they gain enough evidence and we're all done for.
