I believe France had ban the head gear only in Public Schools. They can wear it when not in school.

The truth is that the head gear women wear is not Islamic law given in Qur'an, they are following the Bible law which asked women to keep their head covered.

Do you even read a newspaper? The restriction is on teenage girls wearing "blatantly religious garb" in publicly funded schools. Muslim parents in France who insist on their daughters wearing full religious nonsense are free to send there daughters to non-publicly funded institutions (this is the essense of American "democracy"), so I am confident you do not understand the situation! Nuns live in privately-funded convents. They can wear whatever they wish!
