Waldo is wherever he truly wants to be. He could be in a strip club somewhere, a torture chamber, at Disneyland on pirates of the carribean or maybe even at home taking a bubble bath. Im sure Waldo gets sick and tired of people trying to find him. The poor guy!

There is a neighborhood in midtown Kansas City, MO called Waldo. It is where the Trolley Run starts each year in April(Trolley Run is a four mile run benefitting the Children's Center for Visually Impaired)
