how can i see my family tree/geneology online for free?

my family is from canada and russia and IT HAS TO BE FREE.

These sites listed are the ones I use and they are free.
The only way you can see your family tree is if someone has already researched your family and loaded this information on rootsweb under Worldconnect. When you search in rootsweb you need to type in someone who has already passed away. Rootsweb blocks living relatives for privacy. There is a message board on rootsweb where researchers post information and ask questions about ancestors. If none of your names are not found, then no one has researched your family.
Rootsweb and these other 2 sites will help you begin your research if you can't find anyone on the Worldconnect. I only use the Worldconnect sites as a guideline. I have found information that someone has loaded about a couple of my ancestors that were wrong. I verify everyone by obtaining birth and death data sheets which are free at your county health department. I purchase copies of marriage documents which only costs $1 at the county recorders.
Usgenweb is a site you can search by state and county.
Lds is the Latter Day Saints which has loads of information.

Try www.rootsweb.com. They what is called WorldConnect. You can share your tree with everyone else and it might help in finding more ancestors.

I don't know if it covers the countries you need. You have to create your own family tree on the site.
