Many armies around the world will recruit foreigners. Several have units just for the foreigners, others allow them in the main units.

The US military will allow any person who is a legal resident of the US to enlist, without regard to citizenship. They do have to be here legally though.

For starters the United States Army does. In my basic training there were several men from various countries, including China, Mexico, and Russia. None of them were us citizens, some could not even speak english.

You would be very surprised! I am a military spouse and I live in military housing. Half of my neighbors here are foreigners. It a nice easy way to get a green card.
