Doesn't God love the other animals, or the plants, or the bacteria he created? Wouldn't he want them to experience perfect happiness in paradise as well? Of all the billions of species that have ever lived or will ever live in the Universe, why does the creator just happen to be partial to us?

Where in the Bible does it say that animals don't go to heaven?

Don't listen to some Christians... learn for yourself.

God loves all the creatures of the earth. He made them all individual and special.

In Heaven, we won't have our "human" bodies. Just our consciousness, our souls. I'm not quite sure how we will look but whatever.

So the question is really do animals have souls.

And I think they do. We know they feel pain, and each animal has different traits like people.

Even fish in a fish tank. They all have their unique little fish personalities.

So I think they do go to heaven.

As for the plants or bacteria, I don't know.

According to many Christians, animals DON'T go to heaven because they do not have a spirit. That isn't to say there won't be animals in heaven... I'm not certain on that one. But when an animal dies here is it gone forever because it has no spirit, and if there is no spirit when body decays, what is left to go to heaven?
Some Christians would disagree with me on this though. but we (Humanity) are the only creation that was made "in the image of God". (Gen. 1: 26). and this is what leads me to believe that animals will not share in 'perfect happiness' along with us. Besides, does a dog or cat or any other animal know what 'perfect happiness' is? Do they aspire to it? No, they just go along on their merry way, doing the things that were programed into them by their creator (instinct). My dad once said that an animal is nothing more than a very complex hydrangea, and I am inclined to agree.
And I do believe that God loves animals, but perhaps not in the same way he loves us. I mean, think about it, do you love your grass the same way you love your best friend? No. And so God loves them, he loves all that he created because he IS love and it would be against his nature to 'not love'. But he loves them in a different way than he loves us.

First of all humans were created to get rid of sin. Sin was around before humans came along, the angels sinned. In order for God to get rid of sin, he'd have to create Jesus to die for sin, but in the bible it states that u cant kill an angel. So God created a race that could live, die, and bleed and worship him, so he sent Down Jesus Christ to die for us. Sin is important, with sin thats how we get to God, without Bad, we wouldnt know Good, with sin, we know there is an opposite, which is God, if there was no sin, then we wouldnt have to worry bout worshiping God, cause there is no opposite, we wouldnt know a bad. Now with the animals, im pretty sure that not all animals have souls, they are just a living thing on earth, only few types of animals go to heaven, i mean look at the worm, poor thing dont even have a nervous system, no pain, no eyes, no nothing, just some aortic arches and an esophagus and such, why would u need a worm in a type of heaven?

I am a Christian and I have always believed that all plant and animal life will go to heaven. The only beings who's fate is not certain are we humans.

And now for your viewing edification another example of an what secularism and materialism does to the human psyche: reduced to the lowest level of function and left empty except for a moldy mockery.

Yes isn't it great, that God loved man more than any other creature he created. He actually took the time to form us, not merely speaking us into life as he did all other life forms.

Doesn't that make you feel so loved and special.

I don't get it, either. Heaven without animals wouldn't be heaven to me.
