Congrats on the weight loss- keep it up! Just don't reward yourself with food. ;-)
Here are a few suggestions:
Take a picture of yourself, and put it on your fridge to remind yourself that you made a goal and reached it. Make a fun caption or put it in a neat frame. It is powerful incentive for the next time you want to get a snack when you shouldn't!
Start a walking group with your friends that want to lose weight, as they can be powerful motivators. Sharing your success with them might help motivate them, too.
I like the idea of going out, though I wouldn't suggest drinking alcohol or soda, as these are pretty empty calories. There are plenty of places that you can go that don't involve food- you don't want to ruin all of your hard work!
If you want to buy something, maybe treat yourself to something small, like a cute accessory or piece of jewelry. You can wear it now, and when you lose more weight (or gain back a few!).
If you have a bit of money to spend on yourself, why not buy a membership to a health club or a fitness class? It is a great way to meet other people, and you can show off your changing shape, too. Even your local YMCA/YWCA has cheaper classes.
Or, how about a cooking class for lo cal/healthy meals?

If I were you I would reward myself with some sort of a treat-preferably food but since that is the whole point of this it would be better to get something that is not food like whatever favorite item of yours is. Mine is shoes but since there is weight loss involved I would buy some clothes, to make me feel even sexier than I already do because of my weight loss

Go somewhere athletic. Take a hike or go to a nice park. Preferably something you can do without food being involved. Bring a friend or go by yourself. Do you read? Climb up a large hill with a bottle of water, a book and a blanket and enjoy nature. Think how much easier it was to move with 25lbs less on your body.
I bought myself a little tank with a betta in it to celebrate a weight loss milestone last year. I'd been wanting one for a while.

Good for you!
New workout clothes... they're very stretchy so even though you haven't reached your goal they'll span several sizes lower before you have to replace them.
Think of something you like but rarely treat yourself to...fresh flowers... a new piece of jewelry... a spa day... a new hairstyle at a frou-frou salon.
A great day trip somewhere with friends.
I just dropped twenty pounds myself. My reward to myself was a feather bed topper and a new set of luxury sheets. I have a lot more energy to work out when I get a good night's sleep. And unlike Godiva chocolates it's guilt proof! *L* Good luck and continued success to you.

No, really. You should buy a new outfit. Us lady's are are about image and feeling good. If you feel good about the new outfit, you will remain encouraged to lose more even if only to buy another new outfit when you are too small for the last new one. Plus it will add to the collection of clothes that you can say "wow, I used to where this, and now look, I am wearing this." Shopping is a great aphrodisiac anyhow. Congratulations. Keep up the great work. Keep us posted on your progress.

Do 25 squats with your body weight, then do 25 squats with 25-pound barbell. Feel the difference and celebrate with 25 grams of your favorite ice cream.

I lost 100 pounds, I celebrated every 20 pound loss by buying a 'nick nack' for my shelf. I now have 5 figurines that constantly remind me of my success!! :)

What do you like to do? Do you like to read? I would celebrate
by buying myself a book, or shoes, I love shoes. You don't have to buy a different pair of shoes for your weigh gain or loss. I have a friend that is crazy about purses. It' all about YOU. You have lost 25 lbs and that is great. Do something that you like.
