You need to get a psychiatrist and get on a mood stabilizer and anti-psychotic. Don't let yourself go like this for too long. It gets worse, not better. There is successful treatment. Get help before you hurt yourself or someone you love.

Sounds like paranoid schizophrenia. you will probably be told to "get professional help", and you may need it, but you have MUCH more control over your mind than we are all led to believe by our media. If you consistently do whatever you can to resist the thoughts that you are having, than that "resisting" part of your mind will get stronger, (like a muscle). It is very similar to overcoming an addiction. It will not be easy, but the result will be better and more permanent than what any drug could do. Ask God for his help and trust in him. It's the only way you can stay motivated.

Depends on if you're for real or not. You know how the e - mail thing works. I'd be careful of all the answers just posted. I'll ask you, you tell me. I'll know within five questions or so. Keep it succinct. No ' War and Peace ' length entries, alright? One Tolstoy ( ? ) was quite sufficient.

Believe me we all have better things to do than watch what you are doing. Although I suppose any answers to your question could reinforce your paranoia, catch 22 really.

you might have delusional disorder or paranoia. this is NOT your fault, these illnesses are caused by a chemical inbalance in the brain. a combination of medicine and psychiatric help can help get you back to normal. talk to your doctor about your symptoms; they can diagnose you accurately and refer you to the help you need. good luck, you can do it =)
