I actually did this once. I invited a girl to a high class sushi bar, she showed up in grey sweat pants and a matching sweat shirt. Busted a** toe nails! Ratted a** hair! then she had the nerve to ask "Oh, so what's the worst date you've been on?". I was cool up to this point, I decided to just let it go, get through dinner and send her on her way. However, she had to ask... so I replied "Honestly, I'm going to have to say this one. I mean you showed up looking beat, you're loud and obnoxious, you know I'm a classy guy... Why would you even waste my time?"

I felt insulted, almost like "Does she really think I'm a f'in scumbag loser who will put up with this sh*t?" I guess there's a spineless loser out there that she will walk all over but that spineless loser is not me!

no i dont blame u. i went on a date with someone to a basketball game and it sucked. the team i was rooting for lost and the girl never really spoke much. it was a lot of awkward silences. and if they get offended by what u say, its not like ur going out with already. it was only a first date.

Alissa, come on and give them some slack.

They probably are having a hard time and dont know how to talk too well on a date.

It takes practice to be a player.

Just be nice and then never speak about them again.

Peace.

if you say that, you gotta offer some suggestions on how to improve the rest of the night. You can't just say "this one" and hope it gets better. If you're not having fun, suggest things that you would enjoy.

Don't join the diplomatic corps.... I don't think they'd get mad unless they were a nutter but better not take the chance!

I admire candor. People should not ask questions to things that they do not really want to know.
But unfortunately, people do get ask those questions & they do get mad if you do not tell them something that they wanted to hear,

i think they could be mad but its the truth and if it really is that bad you most likely wont go on a date with them again so who cares what they think.

Put yourself in their shoes, would you be mad if they said yes if you asked them the same question?
