You don't , if he gets a job with a company that will garnish his wages , he will not be there long because he won't be able to survive , if you can catch up to him in another state they can take his right to drive (he can't survive) , they can throw him in prison (at least he will survive) , you can go to work and raise the child on your own (you will survive) , you can hook up with another man then it is HIS JOB to support you and your child being he wanted a family (you will survive) , one is the fact that you should have help with the child , two he should not have to pay for another mans input on his childs life , do you see a solution here ? here is a solution"restrain from sex untill you know who you are with" bless you and your child !

Get an Attorney let the Attorney know he/she owes child support. The state will help with finances until he/she gets a the finances to provide. When they catch-up with him/her they will hang him/her for every penny they owe. It will all go directly to you! This of course is going to take awhile unless you get real ugly and turn him/her in for working under the table. Personally, I would let the law find out for themselves. This will make it harder on on them.

contact your states attorney generals office, office of child support division. File a dead beat dad complaint. They have officers that specifically target these type of investigations, and if your ex cannot produce the money, he will probably be locked up for restitution.

Contact your local State's Attorney's Office and explain your problem. Most of the time they are very helpful in trying to get dead beat parents.
