I interpret your question of evolution to mean physical changes that make a plant more valuable to humans. If this is what you meant then I would say that yes, not only do plants have a genetic coding (DNA or something else) but also they have the potential for evolution. An example of this is the evolution of the ancient grain called maize into what we now call corn. Also note that some of the first genetic science was done with pea plants by Gregor Mendel.
However, IF you mean by evolution the question of spirituality....well supposedly humans aren't "animals" because we have "souls" and experience "spirituality"....although I have met a few "humans" whose "humanity" I would question, and a few "animals" who acted as though they had souls,..but for plants..well I don't know....I believe they could have spirits too, but just something unpercievable by our senses.....who knows?
I am curious as to why you asked this question.
Do you want to cross breed some plants? Do you want to do recombinant DNA work with plants? You could imagine some useful combinations to try. Personally I think it would be useful to make a human who could eat grass and get nutrition from it. Or to invent a car than could run on grass. hmmm...Personally I like blackberries and blueberries and strawberries and kiwi but would rather they were the size of grapefruits. Who knows what we might do someday???

Yes, plants have DNA since they are living and they evolve like all living beings over a long period of time in response to stimuli.

Yes. Plants do have DNA.
Plants cells are similar to animal cells in that they have many of the orgenelles that animal cells do.
However, plant cells have a specialized cell wall as well as a cell membrane, unlike an animal cell which has no cell wall. Plants need that for rigidity, support, protection, etc. This is what helps the plants stand erect and in position. This cell wall also protects plants' DNA.
Plants can certainly evolve. That is how the desert plants adapted water-storage in the evolution process. In plants also, survival of the fittest rule of Darwin's evolution theory applies.
However, I am not sure if as many studies of plant evolution have been conducted and documented as those of animal evolution.

yes they do and they can alter and mutate just as the DNA of everything else does. naturally over time the genes mutate and that makes them evolve. that is also why we have such a wide variety of plants and animals.

Yes, all living things have DNA and are constantly evolving/adjusting to their environment.

Yes they have DNA and yes they evolve...if it's "like animals" I'm not sure...read this and see what you find out (just a matter of typing "plant evolution" into a search engine) ;)

yes they have dna, and they do change , cross with others , and eventually refine or change color etc, so yes they do evolve to some extent.

all living creatures, from bacteria to elephants have DNA. The only "living" thing that doesn't is a virus; they only have RNA.
