My dachshund always likes to chew on my underwear. I don't understand why in the world she would want to do that. Anyone have any answers as to why they we be compelled to do this?

I don't have a dachshund but my dogs do that as well...its gross and when the destroy like 8 dollar underwear it really ticks me off. Dogs can be really nasty sometimes!

I don't know of ONE dog that doesn't like to chew on underwear. Many reasons, but my dogs don't care if they are dirty or right out of the dryer. Must be a big doggie game.

My cousin has 2 chihuahuas and they do that to her clean and dirty underwear. Recently the employees at Victoria Secret have learned her name cuz we have to make frequent trips there to buy more underwear. Cuz they can climb like monkeys into her laundry bin she keeps on a shelf. They get into everything!!!

I dont have her anymore, but yes, she did chew on my undies!! turns out that kennel training her and getting a tall closable luandry hamper put a stop to it.

Well I don't get it either, but I have a Pit Bull that does the same thing. GROSS! I think it might have something to do with the sent.

I have a male pug and a female black lab mix, they both love my undies, and it seems like they always eat the most expensive ones

I DO AND ITS ANNOYIING I KNO BUT THEY JUST SMELL UR SENT SO THEY EAT IT BUT I HAVE SOME TIPS FOR U IF U HAVE ANY EMPTY WATER OR COKE BOTTLES THEN TAKE THE PAPER OF THE CAN AND TROW THE PAPER AWAY AND GET THE BOTTLE AND THROW IT DOWN UR HALLWAY OR OUTSIDE BUT FOR THE FIRST TIME USE DO IT INSIDE.

yup, a lot of my underware is offically crotchless thanks to one of my doxies. not sure why, but i put them up high now.
