you should know all there is to know before visiting the dealer the only question you should rely on the dealer to ansewer is if he will accept your offer because any other questions you ask him he is biased in ansewering he dosen't make money if you don't buy so all his ansewers are suspect. do your homework know what you are buying know how to evaluate a used car or take someone who does with you when buying used.
