I don't see why not. If you and your step-sister are both consenting adults, what going on behind closed doors is your own business. Not your neighbors or the government, or even us who are answering your question. What do you and she want to do?

Step sister as the daughter of your step mother but not daughter of your father??...there is no sin about that...now if it's step sister because of blood relation then yes, totally wrong!!!!

Legally, I don't think there are any laws against a sexual relationship with your stepsister. but you are asking for BIG problems. Think about it, if you get sexual with her and then things don't work out, you'll have to see her at all family functions. You'll have to hear about it from her mom. What if she turns out to be one of those psycho stalker type people? You won't ever be able to get away from her.
Chances are, things between you and her won't work out. And for just a few minutes of pleasure, you will be trading a lifetime of uncomfortableness at the least and total hell at the most.

ONLY if the marriage between your parents is over. Legally she is your sister. But if they are divorced, then yes, by all means, you two are no longer related to each other in any way.
